Cards from All Day Crop

Yesterday I went to an all-day crop and I was able to make some cards for graduation and for Father's Day and some encouragement cards. Take a look and tell me what you think.

Swap Card

Here's a couple of cards I made for a swap I am in, Hope you like it.I used the That's Amore bulk paper with the In My Heart Stamp Set.All products are from Close to My Heart except the pearl.

And the second card I used the Animal Cookies paper pack from Close To My Heart also, I also embossed it with the Cuttle bug Folder called Bloom Dots.

My First Swap Ever!!!

As you know I am a scrapbooking consultant for this great company called Close To My Heart, and since I joined I have looked at others great work and thought I would never be that good. And one of the categories I loved was the swaps, but I never thought I would be good enough for a swap.

Well today I conquered my fear and I joined a swap and not just any swap, it was an Altered Item Swap, so I decided to do a composition book, and I must say I am rather proud of myself. I am beginning to get my confidence back. I used our new paper pack called Bella, it is the prettiest paper I have ever seen. I love it, and I hope the other ladies in the swap will love it.

Scrapbook Weekend!

Well I am finally home from my yearly scrapbooking retreat weekend, I had been anticipating it for so long. Well let me just say it was awesome as usual and as always I got so much done. I think it was because I was around so many great scrappin sistas that I get motivation from them and their creative ideas which always rub off on me. So I was able to get my Mother's Day cards done and with next weekend being Mother's Day it was the best time. I was able to use one of our new Summer Idea Book Paper Packs called Bella, which to me is the best one in the book. Go take a look when you get a chance, we just launched it May 1, 2009, and it is packed with so many wonderful new items, you will be amazed. So here are my cards. that I made, I also made a 18 page 12x12 album, that i will be using for next weekend also, I will post those pictures when I take them, but it is ready to go, so all I will have to do is put the pictures on and it will be ready.
